Our prices

Price information

• The prices are per apartment and day for 2 persons. For each additional person 15€ will be charged.
• Children up 2,99 years we charge 5€ per day. (Infant equipment available free of charge on request)
• From 3-16 years we charge 10€ per day.
• In addition there is the fixed local tax of 2,50€ per person and day from 14 years and above.
• In the high season all 3 apartments have a minimum stay of 7 nights. For a stay of less than 7 nights we charge a surcharge.
• The remaining prices are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For a stay of less than 4 nights we charge a one-time surcharge of 50€.
• Bed linen and towels (change optional), fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity and heating, WLan, bread service and final cleaning are of course included in the price.
• The SEISER ALM MOBILCARD is free of charge for you.

Pets

Your four-legged pets are very welcome, we charge them with 15€ per day.

Use of the washing machine

The washing machine and tumble dryer are freely available; there is an additional charge for their use.

Arrival and departure

We expect you to arrive at 4:00 or later. An earlier arrival is also possible by arrangement. On the day of departure the apartments should be vacated by 09:00 a. m. at the latest. If you are late, we would be happy to receive a message from you.

Guests arriving without a car will be picked up at the nearest train or bus station.

Booking

The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid to secure the booking and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Payment

Please pay cash on the spot. The cash limit in Italy is €4.999,00 However, non-transferable cheques and bank transfers are permitted.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days’ worth of the total cost. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.

Please note that in the event of a late arrival or early departure, we will have to charge 100 per cent of the price.
